Each product is a one-of-a-kind piece, carefully crafted, so the pattern and/or leather will vary. We hand select each piece of leather to ensure it is the highest quality.
Once an order is placed, production time takes 3-4 business days.
Through everyday use, your accessory will develop a beautiful patina over time. We finish each piece with a leather sheen that acts as a water repellent finish for dyed, antiqued or polished leathers.

Domestic Shipping Policy:
We ship our bags with USPS First Class, USPS Priority, UPS or FedEx. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing after placing your order - we are a small operation and do all of our shipping & receiving in house. If you require rush processing email us! Lilly and Oak is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. Please note that we can not guarantee delivery dates.
International Shipping Policy -
Currently, we do not ship internationally.
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Please email us with your order number before sending anything back to us in the mail. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Monogrammed and custom bags are not returnable or refundable. Sale items are not returnable.
